Cristina Velasquez

Cristina Velasquez is the current director of Rudolf Steiner College in São Paulo, Brazil. She is a forestry engineer graduated from the University of São Paulo - ESALQ/USP, and holds a Master's Degree in Development and Education from the same university. She has worked in socio-environmental management, with indigenous peoples, traditional populations, and environmental education. 

She has also completed the Waldorf Pedagogy and Social Pedagogy courses. Of indigenous descent, she has been involved in training social leaders, worked as a Waldorf teacher of Geography, Gardening, and Human Biography, and currently teaches courses on Education for Ethnoracial Relations with a focus on Brazilian diversity at Rudolf Steiner College for undergraduate Pedagogy students.
