Almost exactly 100 years ago, on 17-25 July 1924, the «Anthroposophical Pedagogical Conference» with Rudolf Steiner took place in the Dutch cities of Oosterbeck and Arnhem.
To mark the 100th anniversary of this lecture series, Constanza Kaliks and Peter Selg gave lectures on the event on 16 July 2024. Kaliks began with the contribution: «The Pedagogical Course and the Addresses to the Youth». Selg followed with a lecture entitled: «The Karma lectures and the Fate of the Anthroposophical Society».
Seven-part lecture series
The two lectures are already the sixth part of the «Celebrations of a Humanistic Pedagogy». The lecture series on Steiner's educational courses, jointly organised by Constanza Kaliks, Philipp Reubke (Pedagogical Section) and Peter Selg (General Anthroposophical Section), began in June 2022 with contributions on Rudolf Steiner's Christmas course for teachers.
