Each month, those involved in the training of teachers at Waldorf/ Steiner schools meet on Zoom to exchange information on the ITEP guidelines across countries. Interested students and teachers are welcome to participate.

The guidelines «Towards Pedagogical Creativity. Formative Guidelines for Steiner Teacher Education» characterise on 50 pages the training focal points as well as the qualities of trainers. They are the result of a discourse that took place over years within the framework of the ITEP at conferences in different countries and continents on the subject of training teachers for Waldorf/Steiner schools.

The group of authors hopes that the guidelines, updated in 2023, will stimulate a lively discussion and fruitful developments in the training of Waldorf teachers.
